The restaurant serves an expansive spread of Chinese cuisines from various regions including their delicious house-made la mian that is served al-dente with a springy and chewy texture. With 7 noodles options to choose from, carb lovers will be able to satiate their noodles craving with an option to top up $5 for Tang Lung’s house-made dim sum. Its dedicated chefs work with precision and unwavering focus to create fresh, piping-hot dim sum in its open concept kitchen.
