Brought to you by Chef Loris Massimini of Ristorante Pietrasanta, the new café draws from over a decade-long experience in authentic Italian cuisine and dessert!

 

Choose from the classics of: Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Chocolate (made with 76% cacao), Earl Grey, Coconut with Choco Chip, Yogurt Strawberry, or Melted Butter Coffee. Prefer a more indulgent flavour? Go for the premium flavours: Ferrero Rocher, Pistachio, or Burrata Balsamico – a rendition of Ristorante Pietrasanta’s popular Cheesecake dessert with 12 Year Old Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar! Vegans can also look forward to GelatiAmo’s seasonal rotation of Champagne Grapefruit, Orange sorbet or Almond and Turmeric gelato!
