Specially selected to match seamlessly with the soup, Beauty in The Pot offers a variety of fresh ingredients ranging from meat and seafood to vegetables and noodles. All the meatballs, meat paste and dumplings are handmade.
Some of the must-have items include the Homemade Fish Tofu, which follows a secret recipe. It is made with yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white all blended perfectly. The smooth, soft and delicate tofu is skilfully prepared and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Handmade daily, the Ebiko Prawn Paste is shaped out of 100% prawn meat, and texturally the ebiko lends a nice juicy crunch. The Fried Beancurd Skin is irresistibly crispy; enjoy it on its own or soak it in your preferred broth. It is not at all unctuous, and hence not cloying.
