To redeem the FairPrice vouchers, customers are required to follow the steps below:

1. Visit the nearest dealer store here between 25 August and 31 October 2020.
2. Purchase any of the participating Ariston water heater models listed in the table above. Do keep an image of the invoice.
3. Visit https://promo-singapore.ariston.com, enter full name and email address to redeem the promo code.
4. Register the Ariston water heater online warranty here with the promo code given in the email [BTO30] by 15 November 2020.
5. Ariston will contact the customer via SMS within 10 working days to verify the submission details. Be prepared to produce the image of the invoice.
6. Once the verification is done, Ariston will mail out the FairPrice vouchers in hardcopy to qualified customers.
