Ah Mah’s lovingly created rendition showcases a light and fluffy chocolate sponge rolled with a bright and zesty fresh cream made from passion fruit jam and fresh whipping cream for a well-balanced finish. Dark, luscious chocolate ganache then encases the entire roll before being topped with piped swirls of fresh whipping cream, a sprinkling of powdered sugar and crunchy chocolate caramel pearls for a decadent festive treat. Each Log Cake is good for 6 – 8 servings.
