You can choose between the Signature Tendon (S$6.90), showcasing prawn, kakiage, capsicum, lotus root chips, garlic edamame on a bowl of Japanese pearl rice or the Chicken Tendon (S$7.90), which includes two pieces of chicken tempura amongst other delicious items.

 

Located at Clementi Mall Basement 1, Natsu is a new concept by Pezzo Group that purveys quality and authentic tempura offerings at affordable prices. The wide selection of premium, authentic Japanese tempura are available as a la carte items, tendon, tempura soba set or tempura salad set. You can also customise your own bowl with different bases, creative toppings and unconventional sauces from S$1.90.

 

Unlike others, the seafood, meat and vegetables here are specially curated and lightly battered with tempura flour imported from Japan. They are then fried at the precise, optimal temperature to achieve the ethereal crisp while maintaining moisture and taste of the fresh produce. Natsu’s dedicated kitchen team has undergone a year of research and development to ensure the tempura offerings remain crispy for up to 45 minutes, so customers can enjoy them even when they pack them to go.

 

Natsu modernises the authentic Japanese cuisine with innovative toppings and sauces to suit local palates. Try unique sauces such as Truffle Cream, Wasabi Mayo or toppings like kabocha honey and kyuri yuzu to complement the crunch.
