Fremantle Seafood Market is celebrating its 10th anniversary, and to commemorate this special occasion, it is holding a promotion: its best-selling live whole lobsters will go at 50 PERCENT OFF* from 10 September to 11 October 2020!
Diners can choose their preferred way of enjoying the lobster: thermidor or mornay (U.P: S$82).
- The Whole Lobster Thermidor is baked with mushroom cream, hollandaise sauce and white wine, then topped with a cheese skirt that is gorgeously browned in the oven.
- The Whole Lobster Mornay is made with the luscious bechamel gratin sauce and gruyere cheese, and comes with mushroom, baby potatoes, corn and mixed salad.
