Kam’s Roast Singapore Celebrates 3rd Anniversary with 20% Off Promotion 19-30 Nov 2019

Kam’s Roast will celebrate its third anniversary on 19 November, and to mark this special occasion, it is offering 20 per cent off its authentic Hong Kong-style crispy Pipa Duck from now till 30 November! The pipa duck was first introduced to Kam’s Roast Singapore by Chef Wong Kwan Sang, who helms Kam’s Roast Goose’s kitchen team in Hong Kong. Chef Wong, who hails from Hong Kong, was instrumental in helping start Kam’s Roast Goose. In fewer than four months of opening, Kam’s Roast Goose was awarded its first Michelin star, and it has kept its star every year since.
The Pipa Duck (Anniversary Price: $62.40++ / U.P: S$78++) boasts a super crispy skin, coated with a subtle sweet glaze and the meat juicy and tender. The duck first has to be splayed open, then generously marinated and seasoned. Each duck is then carefully roasted for around 45 minutes the traditional way, bringing out the unique fragrance of the premium aged orange peel. The marinade permeates every inch of the duck meat, down to the bones. Because of the amount of effort required to make this dish, customers will need to order it one day in advance and it is available only in limited quantities.
