Japanese yakiniku-slash-donburi joint Flaming Don, has introduced eight new delectable salad bowls for those averse to carbs, at pocket-friendly prices. The bowls, starting from $8.90, come with a selection of the restaurant’s signature flame-grilled protein and are paired with a specially curated house-sauce for an umami-packed healthier alternative.

 

Specialty bowls include the Signature Flaming Beef Salad ($15.90), made with the melty diced cut Australian Oyster Blade, Aburi Mentaiko Salmon Salad ($15.90) which comes drenched in a savoury mentaiko mayonnaise sauce, or the Signature Flaming Chicken Salad ($8.90), which features Flaming Don’s beloved charcoal-grilled chicken and house-made yakitori sauce.
