Exclusively available in Singapore, the Kamo Paitan Soba comes with creamy, slurp-worthy duck broth, slow cooked for five hours, paired with poached duck breast slow cooked in shoyu sauce to give you a tender and delectable taste. The Kamo Abura Soba comes with noodles marinated in premium shoyu and duck oil, and accompanied with light refreshing chicken stock and a tinge of sea salt (shio) to give you a perfect balanced umami aftertaste.
