A: JustGrab is a new service, that combines our taxi & car fleets, to automatically assign you the nearest vehicle at an affordable fixed fare.

Q: As a passenger, how do I book JustGrab?
A: JustGrab is the first icon on the left-hand side of the bottom navigation bar. You can simply book (with one touch) as you do now, and the nearest vehicle will arrive shortly.

Q: How will Grab allocate the vehicle with JustGrab?
A: Grab will automatically select the nearest vehicle for you, either a taxi or a car. Our promise to you is that you’ll be on your way faster whenever you book a JustGrab.

Q: Is JustGrab cheaper than GrabCar?
A: Yes! JustGrab is always at least 10% cheaper than GrabCar.

Q: What happens if I get assigned a taxi with JustGrab? Will I have to pay metered fare?
A: All taxis and cars booked via JustGrab will be fixed fare. If you prefer metered fare rides, please book a GrabTaxi via our standard taxi icon on the bottom navigation bar.
