Terms & Conditions

1. The Contest will run from 8 May 2017 to 13 May 2017 (the “Contest Period”)

⇥

2. We have 15 sets of JustGrab rides worth $350 (“Prize”) to give away.

⇥

3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and must be redeemed within a specific time frame which shall be advised by Grab.

4. To participate, participants are required during the Contest Period to:
   ⇥
   1. Dig up an old photo of themselves with their mum or just themselves

   ⇥

   2. Recreate that photo

   ⇥

   3. Combine both photos and share a heartfelt story or thank you message to their mum as caption

   ⇥

   4. Upload it on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #ridingwithmumSG  (the “Entry”)

5. By submitting an Entry, participants acknowledge that Grab and its affiliates may use their Entry, in parts or in its entirety, for Grab’s marketing activities via various channels. By submitting your entry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data and Entry as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Policy. You also represent that you have received permission from your mother or any other third party to submit their personal data to Grab.

6. Participants warrant and represent that:
   ⇥
   1. their Entry does not at any time infringe or violate any laws or any third party’s rights including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights, copyright, moral rights, trademarks or business name;

   2. their Entry is original and have never been displayed or published in any media form, including but not limited to the internet, radio, video, television broadcast and have never been used or submitted in connection with any contest held anywhere in the world;

   3. Entries do not contain any inappropriate, illegal, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable material that could bring Grab, its affiliates, brands or trademarks into disrepute.

7. By submitting an Entry, participants will be considered by Grab for selection to win the Prize based on how creative and / or outstanding their Entry is. Winning participants shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Grab. Grab reserves the right to reject any Entry or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason whatsoever.

8. Participants may submit multiple Entries for the Contest. However, in any event, each participant shall only be eligible to win one (1) Prize when multiple Entries are submitted.

9. Only Entries sent to us during the Contest Period will be eligible for the Contest.

10. Prize winners will be notified of their win via a private message on the respective social media channel they submitted their Entry on.

11. Grab reserves the right to change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Contest can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.

12. This Contest is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Grab and the customer, which is at Grab’s sole discretion and for which Grab is solely responsible and liable.

13. Grab has the sole discretion to reject any Entries which do not conform to the aforesaid terms.

14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
